Terraria on Pedestals
The turned posts of these pedestals were designed in SketchUp then transferred to Conversational CAM software for the Maverick CNC. The posts were cut on a CNC. We can turn various kinds of posts, newell posts and ballusters for you.
Cutting flat work on the CNC
Here we are cutting a set of parts from 1/2" Baltic birch plywood for a client.
Here we are cutting a set of parts from solid hard maple, which include mortises and chamfers:
Cutting parts on a vertical workholder
These parts have two tenons on the end, which were cut with the work held in the Maverick vertical vise. The tenons match the mortises cut in the other pieces:

Cutting Dovetail Joints on the Vertical Workholder
Corbin Woodworks has written software for cutting a variety of dovetail joints on the Maverick CNC. See the page on CNC Software. Here is an example of hard maple drawer boxes cut for through dovetail joints. These are dry fit and have not been glued up or sanded off.
